Overview

The National Provider Network Initiatives Manager plays a critical role in supporting network operational and strategic initiatives across CINQCARE’s provider network. This individual will serve as a agile, highly organized contributor who can manage multiple network projects, coordinate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of task execution. The role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify and support solutions that enhance the provider experience across the CINQCARE network.

This position is responsible for orchestrating national CINQCARE IPA governance processes, supporting high-impact network enterprise initiatives, and strengthening provider communications and experience. This role combines strong initiative management discipline with cross-functional collaboration to ensure valuable network solutions are being delivered to our network providers and contributing to our national Provider Partner Excellence Model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of enterprise-level Network initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Neighborhood network build-outs, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
    • Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement initiatives and improvement efforts
    • Provider Partner Excellence Model execution (tracking)
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment, track progress, and drive accountability for key Network deliverables
  • Monitor timelines, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to leadership
  • Organize and support committees, governance forums, and leadership meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for Network and ELT leadership
  • Represent the Enterprise National Provider Solutions team in cross-functional workgroups and initiatives
  • Assist in developing process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the provider experience
  • Provide project management support to Network Solutions Function
  • Adapt to evolving department initiatives and take on new projects as they arise

This position holds specific responsibility for:

IPA Governance Coordination (30%)

  • At the direction of the President of Network Solutions, owns the full lifecycle of IPA Committee operations: schedule meetings, develop and distribute agendas, prepare materials, capture accurate minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and compliance with bylaws and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain governance calendars, document repositories, and audit-ready records for all IPA committees.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for committee members, leadership, and legal/compliance stakeholders.

Network Solutions Project & Initiative Management (40%)

  • Lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives, including:
    • Network Provider Experience Improvement Initiative – design, execute, and track multi-phase improvement projects using formal project management methodologies (scope definition, work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and milestone tracking).
    • Neighborhood Network Development and Management – Support the Director of Neighborhood Networks to plan and oversee expansion and optimization of localized provider networks, including candidate sourcing and selection, contracting, stakeholder engagement (e.g. Markets and Grace at Home), onboarding timelines, performance dashboards, go-live readiness and post implementation analysis of effectiveness.
    • Apply structured management practices: create and maintain project plans, conduct regular status reporting, facilitate steering committee updates, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
    • Partner with analytics, operations, clinical, and IT teams to ensure data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes (e.g., provider effectiveness analytics, utilization, network adequacy metrics, cost and quality improvements).

Enterprise Network Communications & Provider Engagement (20%)

  • Execute enterprise-wide provider communications process: draft and distribute timely notifications, organize and facilitate webinars, and manage Learning Collaboratives. For example, supporting a national communication strategy for current ACO REACH members and prospective LEAD members about CINQCARE’s participation in CMS’s new offering. This excludes market specific communication.
  • Create and maintain communication calendars, content repositories, and feedback loops to continuously improve provider experience.
  • Measure engagement effectiveness through analytics and recommend enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Local Markets on messaging and distribution.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Leverage analytic skills to generate network performance insights, governance dashboards, and project scorecards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement lean project management practices to increase efficiency across the national team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare, or related field
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects, and enterprise communications in a healthcare or managed care environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to track deliverables and drive projects to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in healthcare or provider network environments is preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, strong follow-through and execution

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

Work is performed indoors in a setting with conditioned air and artificial light. Travel to and work in offices or other environments is required.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
