About You
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual ready to take on the exciting challenge of building our Learning & Development function from the ground up. This new role will play a crucial part in our mission to develop strong leadership and support underserved communities through comprehensive learning and development programs.
As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that foster growth, empowerment, and continuous learning. This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing impactful programs that align with our organization's values and commitment to making a difference.

- Build and deliver programs that address the unique needs of our patients and communities, emphasizing empowerment and holistic care.
Qualifications
The Manager of Learning & Development should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in L&D – at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay difficult concepts at all levels of the organization
- Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply adult learning theories, best-in-class learning technologies, and modern instructional design methodologies
- Experience in building and delivering training materials as well as coordinating with outside vendors
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- High proficiency in Learning Management Systems
- Ability to travel as needed to other CINQCARE locations
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a healthcare or community-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs from the ground up.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
- Commitment to empowering underserved communities through educational and developmental initiatives.
The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
