Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Product Design is responsible for driving the strategic planning and coordination of the clinical model products. This role focuses on ensuring that product design meets market specifications and timelines, clearly outlines the specifications and helps to ensure launch and monitors implementation to identify opportunities for improvement. The Director of Strategic product design collaborates across departments to ensure solutions align with CINQCARE’s mission, regulatory standards, and market needs. play a critical role in supporting the strategic vision and priorities of our clinical leadership. You will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CMO, collaborating closely to drive key initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the effective execution of clinical strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Design- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in healthcare delivery.
- Researches best practices in the industry.
- Brings together teams to design care models for each clinical product in the portfolio
- Strategic planning and project management
- Data and analytic insights
- Maintain a cross-cutting view of key projects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, appropriate timing and that adequate resources are available. Drive efficiencies and linkages between high priority projects.
- Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate project objectives, status updates, etc. to a variety of audiences. Synthesize complex information into intuitive charts, tables and other summarized formats.
- Analyze market trends and emerging healthcare technologies to inform product strategies.
- Leverage insights from market data to create differentiated value propositions.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate with legal, operational, and financial teams to develop, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure product specifications and performance metrics are reflected in contracts.
- Monitor and manage contractual obligations to optimize performance and compliance.
Operational Oversight:
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of products.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including regulatory, operational, and market challenges.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product and contract success.
- Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Utilize performance data to recommend continuous improvements.
General Duties:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative product strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and regulatory stakeholders to align products with operational objectives.
- Manages product design to timelines, budget parameters and effectiveness
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with CINQCARE’s values.
Qualifications
The Director of Strategic Product Design should have the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives preferred.
- 5+ years experience in a healthcare field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver complex projects on time.
- Exceptional skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and KPI development to
- track project success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in creating executive-level presentations, including synthesizing
- complex data into intuitive visuals for decision-making
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
- preferred.
- Proven success in managing product lifecycles and contract negotiations.
- Strong
- background in market research, competitive analysis, and healthcare technologies.
- Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and care delivery models, including electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and medical devices.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs.
- Experience using analytics platforms to monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
- Financial acumen to create, manage, and oversee budgets and financial forecasts related to product initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present complex concepts and strategies to CINQCARE’s internal and external partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
