Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with communities in assigned locations, promote healthcare services, build relationships with key stakeholders, and support the Chief Clinical Operating Officer in these efforts. This role also leads clinical initiatives as assigned to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Initiatives:
- Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and the VP of Implementation & Clinical Initiatives to develop, implement, and evaluate new clinical programs.
- Assist with quality improvement projects to optimize patient care, improve outcomes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with clinical field and operations teams to analyze data and drive strategic changes to clinical practices across the organization.
Leadership:
- Lead the Outreach & Scheduling team for Care at Home clinicians.
- Drive engagement strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize family member participation and satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Support the Chief Clinical Officer in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting data analysis to measure program effectiveness and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in building relationships with community organizations and leaders.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives and programs within budget and timelines.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, common health conditions, and preventive care practices.
- Awareness of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt outreach strategies for different communities.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
Work is performed indoors in a setting with conditioned air and artificial light. Travel to and work in offices or other environments is required.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
