Position Overview
The Director of Growth Marketing + Engagement will lead CINQCARE’s omnichannel marketing initiatives to drive patient and provider acquisition, retention, and loyalty while strengthening the organization’s brand presence in high-needs communities. This role is pivotal in designing and executing innovative campaigns that align with CINQCARE’s mission of delivering community-centered care. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategic thinker passionate about leveraging cutting-edge approaches to create meaningful engagement and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to engage patients and providers across digital platforms (email, SMS, social media), in-person events, and traditional channels.
- Drive engagement and retention efforts through personalized and culturally relevant outreach that nurtures patient relationships and improves provider loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Community Engagement, Provider Marketing, Analytics, and Brand) to ensure marketing initiatives align with CINQCARE’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Leverage analytics for data-driven optimization by monitoring campaign performance, refining engagement strategies, and presenting KPI reports to executive leadership.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution of projects aligned with CINQCARE’s brand and goals.
- Explore and implement innovative campaign trends to keep CINQCARE’s marketing fresh, effective, and competitive.
Required Qualifications
- Skills
- Expertise in designing and managing omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Proven storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in customer lifecycle management, digital engagement, and retention.
- Experience in healthcare or community-focused organizations is preferred.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
