Position Overview
The Director of B2B Marketing will lead CINQCARE’s strategies to drive provider recruitment, retention, and payor engagement, positioning the organization as a trusted partner in high-needs, home-based care. This role will focus on crafting targeted campaigns and messaging to strengthen relationships and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit and retain providers and engage payors, aligning with CINQCARE’s growth objectives.
- Create targeted messaging and campaigns that highlight CINQCARE’s value proposition, emphasizing its high-needs care model.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent engagement and alignment in provider and payor interactions.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, stakeholder needs, and competitive dynamics, refining marketing strategies accordingly.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, tools, and collateral to support provider and payor engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies and relationship management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in provider recruitment, retention, or payor engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications preferred).
