Project Manager

Operations | Hybrid in Hyderabad, India | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will oversee software implementation projects for our hospitality technology solutions. This role ensures seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business goals while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple customer-facing implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation Specialists, Technical Consultants, and Product teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project progress, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Facilitate customer training sessions in collaboration with the Implementation team.
  • Support sales and account management teams by providing project scoping, resource estimates, and implementation insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation, SaaS, or hospitality technology.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report key project metrics.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM IST and subject to changes by Manager’s communication. This will allow the most overlap across all US time zones to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in hybrid mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad.

Travel:

This position may require up to 25% of travel. Travel may be overnight and outside of regular business hours.
