Employee will be the Senior Intelligence Operations Analyst and Project Manager for the US Army INSCOM Mission Command Center.  Employee will be responsible for overseeing IMCC Support Team at HQ USAINSCOM, Fort Belvoir, VA., provide Senior Intelligence and Operations Analyst/Site Lead to IMCC and ensure IOC, Regional Support, Analytical, and Current Operations Cells collaborate to produce quality support and products.  Participate in the development and review of plans, programs, policies, and procedures for the execution of activities within IMCC.  Review and perform quality control of routine correspondence and release upon approval by COR or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor.  Manage and assess shift change activities to ensure key events and requirements are being documented and completed ICW IMCC SOP.  Ensure shift change brief, logs, and EXSUMS are archived after each shift IAW IMCC SOP.  Perform quality control functions and make revisions as required IAW IMCC/IOC SOP or Battle Drill.  Ensure contractor personnel gain and maintain necessary government network user accounts required to enable dissemination of intelligence reports through NIPR, SIPR and JWICS networks.  Analyze, update, and provide recommendations to de-conflict IMCC Battle Rhythm to IMCC Staff on a daily basis.  Ensure each IMCC Section, Cell, Team, or Support Service provides and maintains an updated SOP, Checklist and Battle Rhythm on IMCC Knowledge Enterprise and Battle Binder.   Each SOP, checklist, and binder shall be reviewed quarterly jointly by the contractor and government at the discretion of the COR, or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor.  Track and archive all IMCC daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports and briefings IAW IMCC SOPs.  


  • 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level, with experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC/Senior Enlisted Adviser or primary staff directorate warrant officer preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified. 
  • MS or MA degree in a related field
  • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for
  • intelligence databases and products
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
