Responsibilities:

Ensure all security requirements and governance guidelines are met in accordance with the DD254 and PWS; Manage and monitor project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones of contract; Collect, analyze, and maintain task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities; Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs); and provide the Government with monthly Contract Status Reports (CSRs); Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the COR daily (verbally and in electronic communications) to address potential problems, issues, and/or risks that may adversely affect the mission and completion of contract task activities and deliverables; and suggest mitigations.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level: Desired Education: master’s degree or bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
  • Senior-level: Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Mid-level: Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Mid-level: Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
