Responsibilities:  

  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively
  • Work withe the senior program leadership to establish and implement program goals and provide key performance metrics to establish strategic baseline.
  • Build & maintain qualified, full-time staff and a pipeline or surge staff according to customer and mission priorities
  • Act as a bridge for the complex gap between non-technical functions of management and the technical requirements of a computer forensics mission and its personnel
  • Provide clear and concise briefings and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences on capabilities, results, and methodologies associated with task outlined within by the Government
  • Ensure proper relationships are established and maintained between customers
  • Responsible for schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects 
  • Coordinates resolutions to production related problems

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a degree or certification in project/program management from an accredited university or Government agency or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category
  • At least 8 years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Experience demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills including conveying clear, concise, and informative briefings to all levels of management
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Highly Desired:

  • Working experience conducting intelligence analysis, biometric examination services, or computer forensics
  • Working experience writing finished intelligence products
