Support the INDOPACOM JIOC, conducting strategic topic research and analysis for new intelligence requirements.
Specific needs are identified for support in "'collaborative intelligence planning, collection strategy development. Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR ) mission management, foreign disclosure support. Counterintelligence (Cl ). Human Intelligence ( HUMINT). collection operations management, exploitation, and innovative R&D, and Cyber Forensics.
Calhoun International is seeking a qualified Knowledge Manager to support the INDOPACOM JIOC who assists in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to. search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and tasking. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals. Contractor shall develop and maintain standardized data formats for ISR related data inaccordance with Intelligence Community andDepartment of Defense standards.
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
