As a Territory Representative you will build your business in a territory by fostering relationship with physicians and other hospital stakeholders and selling Caldera Medical products.”

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing relationships with key customer decision-makers including clinical, procurement, and materials management staff,
  • Presenting Caldera Medical value to differentiate from competitive offerings,
  • Managing the introduction of new technologies through new product committee process, providing in-services, training, and
  • General guidance to customers on the appropriate and approved use of Caldera Medical products.
  • Own your territory!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 6 years of sales experience
  • Sales experience in B2B, Pharma or an Associate Rep in Med Device
  • Strong Relationship orientation and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook

 Nice to Haves:

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience (i.e., athletics, extracurricular activities, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivating, can-do attitude
