ServiceNow Administrator 6408 


  • Build and maintain governance model regarding system changes and enhancements
  • Revise and maintain security schema
  • Provide administration and technical support of the systems
  • Research and resolve issues that have been escalated to the support team
  • Coordinate the development and communication of policies, procedures, feature updates and operational status of the platforms
  • Research, identify and recommend learning technology trends and act as an advocate for future updates, upgrades and implementations
  • Manage the development and implementation company's platform strategy
  • Collaborate with enterprise partners
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with vendors
  • Provide training and help documentation for users
  • Generate and create metrics


  • BA/BS degree in educational technology, computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing administrative and technical support responsibilities for HR systems
  • Experience identifying, evaluating and training users on case management applications
  • Experience with system integrations and process consultation
  • Experience with vendor development and management
  • Experience with ServiceNow systems administration
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
  • Familiarity with project management techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

$85-$100 Per Hour        Sunnyvale, CA 94085        6 Month Assignment
