A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build complex software solutions using experience in C#, and be part of a team taking products/features from initial concepts to final release, while ensuring the code is stable, scalable, and meets the customers' needs.

Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design and develop maintainable software features using C#, ensuring high-quality architecture and implementation.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks (primarily in Python) to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Break down complex features into manageable tasks during planning cycles (PI and sprints) to support consistent delivery.
• Review and approve code and user stories to maintain alignment with technical standards and project objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, addressing dependencies and technical debt to keep development on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in planning discussions and system demos, and communicate technical progress and solutions to stakeholders.

Senior Software Engineer Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience is preferred.
• Significant professional experience building complex applications with C#.
• Ability to take System Level Architecture and Design, and implement maintainable, scalable, and robust software solutions.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated test suites.
• Experience using Python for test automation or scripting is preferred.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring other developers is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar large-scale Agile environments is preferred.
