A leading digital streaming network seeks a Production Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage production end-to-end projects for international markets in relation to marketing, work with a team of producers in the org and vendors offshore, manage timelines and follow-ups, troubleshoot, and address issues regarding risk as the projects progress.
Production Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global creative production projects through the entire lifecycle to include planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap-up.
- Define the operational aspects of a project to include timelines, resources, labor hours, and external costs.
- Oversee and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.
- Communicate the project status and milestones at recurring cadences to identify and troubleshoot issues/roadblocks. Track projects using project management software.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to understand business metrics and apply learnings to future projects to improve performance.
- Initiate and submit all vendor paperwork (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests, etc.) and manage the vendor invoicing process.
Production Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management of work across the media, entertainment industry, video, photography, print/OOH, digital display/rich media, email, or website design.
- Experience in project management and multi-tasking.
- Experience with international teams is preferred as we work with teams globally.
- Entertainment or media-related industry experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a project management or coordinator role within a creative environment.
- Experience with Airtable tools, including Tables, syncs, automations & interfaces.
- Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach marketing efforts.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Shift:
- 9 to 6 pm, or 10 to 7 pm - May be adjusted as needed.
