A leading electronics testing company is looking for an expert Manufacturing Technician to join the Process/Production team with setting up and operating fabrication processes and equipment, and assembling and testing assemblies and products. The company offers a family-oriented work environment.

Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:

• Production, materials handling, manufacturing process support, test and rework and quality inspection.
• Set-ups and adjustments to equipment or production processes.
• Determine and/or follow techniques and operations in the fabrication, assembly and testing of assemblies.
• Operate specialized equipment such as oven, furnaces, leak testers, microscopes, and precision tools.

Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

• Some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.
• Experience with precision manufacturing or micro-assemblies.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand for delicate work.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
