A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support to support hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring of precision-machined components. This role performs manual and automated manufacturing processes, microscopic inspection, and assembly while ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment.

Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:

  • Perform hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, deburring, visual inspection, and assembly of precision-machined components using manual and automated manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect, handle, and process high-volume precision parts using microscopes, specialized measuring tools, precision pins, thread, and ring gages, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), accurately process production data, and support operational excellence throughout manufacturing activities.
  • Interpret engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), to verify part quality and ensure conformance to manufacturing requirements.
  • Collaborate with production team members to maintain workflow efficiency and support training as needed.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical coursework is preferred.
  • Experience performing precision manufacturing, part inspection, deburring, cleaning, sorting, assembly, or other production operations requiring strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Proficiency using Windows PC, Microsoft Excel, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), microscopes, precision measuring tools, and specialized inspection equipment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), perform high-volume parts handling, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Shift:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening schedules and day-shift training periods.
