- Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Nearshore office in Santiago, Chile) (Onsite in Providencia)
- Compensation: Base salary of $1.000.000 CLP with additional commissions and bonuses. On target total monthly compensation of $1.500.000-$2.500.00+ CLP.
Avispa Technology, a boutique recruiting and staffing company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of positions across the U.S. market, partnering with client companies to identify, attract, and hire top talent. Positions include software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, and media roles. Internal Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone and video interviews, presenting qualified candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with clients by participating in intake meetings, gathering hiring requirements, documenting job requisitions, providing recruiting updates, and supporting hiring strategies throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines for technical, finance, marketing, administrative, media, and other professional positions across the U.S. market.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and compliance with internal recruiting processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing multiple requisitions, prioritizing competing deadlines, and contributing to continuous recruiting process improvements.
Internal Recruiter Qualifications:
- A University degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorized to work in Chile and currently residing in Santiago.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, account management, or another client-facing professional role with transferable skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate management skills are preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience using applicant tracking systems, online recruiting platforms, or other business software.
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail, excellent note-taking, and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of information technology and technical terminology is preferred.
Shift:
- 40 hours/week during Pacific Time business hours.
