A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company seeks a Coordinator, HQ Experience Center to support the planning and execution of high-impact guest experiences and events at the company's Experience Center, contribute to the operation of customer, press, fan, and internal events and demo-focused HQ visits, which will include varied state-of-the-art labs throughout the building and our on-site cinema, and lead and support the planning and execution of events and experiences for high-profile external customers and partners.

Coordinator, HQ Experience Center Responsibilities:

  • Lead agenda creation and planning for HQ Experience Center guest visits, including coordination of tech showcases, presenters, meeting spaces, F&B, and other logistics
  • Coordinate HQ Experience Center customer, partner, and press events, including executive networking receptions and Dolby Cinema movie screenings for our tier 1 ecosystem partners
  • Guide to and enable the success of cross-functional colleagues who host events at HQ
  • Assist the Experience Center Lead with operations optimization, data capture, and deliver value-proving reports.

Coordinator, HQ Experience Center Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of executive briefing center experience.
  • Customer service, hospitality, marketing, or media events experience is preferred.
  • Comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management, including C-level executives and talent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude to learn tools and platforms this role often leverages, such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools.

Shift:

  • Must be available to occasionally work evenings and weekends.
