A leading digital streaming network seeks a Financial Analyst to support development finance operations through financial processing, reporting, and system maintenance, ensuring accurate handling of contracts, payroll, and financial data.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial processing activities, including entering contractual obligations into SAP, maintaining project metadata, reviewing and processing invoices, preparing journal entries, and supporting commitment management reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Process Cast & Crew payroll for Animation and Film divisions, calculate and process monthly producer overhead payments per contractual terms, and manage travel credit card payments and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support employee and vendor administration by submitting setup and termination paperwork, compiling bi-weekly timecards, processing expense reports, and liaising with payees during vendor setup processes.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis, including cost-to-date summaries with interest calculations, supporting schedules, and other requested financial insights for business stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including managing the calendar for the Head of Development Finance while maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance across all financial activities.

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience with payroll processing, financial reporting, invoicing, and journal entries.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
