A leading medical institution is seeking a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will research, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices. The ideal candidate is proficient with online Accounts Payable systems (e.g, PeopleSoft or another large ERP system) or online expense reimbursement systems (e.g. Concur, Workday, or another large system).

Financial Analyst Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $30/hr
  • Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94143) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3-6 Month Assignment

Financial Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Research, identify and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues between systems.
  • Manage a high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with sales and use tax requirements and assessing amount on invoices appropriately.
  • Enter journals for ledger corrections.
  • Reconcile Procurement Card transactions.
  • Provides excellent customer service to departmental users and vendors.
  • Ensuring work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring, critical daily operation, and ad-hoc reports for analysis.

Financial Analyst Qualifications: 

  • College degree is preferred.
  • Proficient with online Accounts Payable systems (e.g, PeopleSoft or another large ERP system) or online expense reimbursement systems (e.g. Concur, Workday, or another large system).
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience working with large data sets and reports with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive situations with tact.
  • Quick learner.
