A leading digital streaming network is looking for a File Coordinator. The successful candidate will review all of the thousands of contract files stored in the file room on the mezzanine to determine if the contract is active or expired. The company offers a great work environment!  

File Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $25/hr
  • Worksite: Leading digital broadcasting and media company (Los Angeles, CA 90036) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

File Coordinator Responsibilities:  

  • Organize files to be pulled and reviewed (i.e. make sure that the files are filed properly before commencing with the review).
  • Identify file using 6 digits “start order” number which is included in the file tab.
  • Look up the start order number in the DMS database to determine if the “contract” is active or expired. If expired look to see if it is fully paid.
  • Separate the active contracts and the expired contracts. Keep the contracts in “client” order, catalog them on excel spreadsheets, one for active contracts and one for expired contracts.
  • Read topline information on contracts/sales orders.
  • Pull files from file room shelves and put them in boxes, move boxes from the file room to the workstation where the research will be conducted, does include some “heavy lifting”.
  • Scan signed contracts and other documents and save them in our digital file systems.
