A leading music streaming company seeks an Executive Assistant to support the planning and execution of high-impact B2B events and experiential marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and delivering premium brand experiences for advertisers and partners.
Events Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of B2B customer events, including client immersions, hospitality programs, Audio Days, and other owned events, aligning experiences with business goals, priority accounts, and advertiser relationships in partnership with Sales, Franchise Events, and Sponsorship teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, production, communications, and on-site execution, while ensuring seamless delivery across pre-event planning, live experiences, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
- Identify and support event opportunities that drive client engagement, pipeline development, and account growth, while ensuring all experiences reflect brand identity and premium standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, communications, and sales teams to develop on-brand materials such as invitations, signage, swag, and presentation assets, while contributing creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
- Track budgets, assist with event recaps, measure performance and ROI, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
Events Specialist Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, or client engagement roles.
- Familiarity with media, advertising, or entertainment industries.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and production.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and executing events from planning through post-event wrap-up.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for client experiences.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% as needed.
Shift:
- Required in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
