The leading professional networking and job search platform is seeking an Event Content Manager to support the execution of executive event programming for flagship global events.

Event Content Manager Qualifications:

  • Lead the execution of executive event programming, including session development, speaker preparation, presentation reviews, rehearsals, show flow, and onsite delivery for flagship events.
  • Partner with executives, external speakers, production agencies, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Executive Communications, Legal, and Events) to deliver engaging, audience-first experiences.
  • Manage speaker relationships, contracting, logistics, communications, studio/virtual content capture, and technical production while ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Drive project timelines, proactively identify and resolve risks, support live event troubleshooting, and measure program effectiveness to improve future events.
  • Create compelling event content and presentations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong storytelling,

Event Content Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience producing live, virtual, or hybrid event content and managing projects from planning through execution.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with senior executives, customers, or external speakers.
  • Strong project management, executive communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with keynote development, executive presentations, conference programming, production agencies, and technical event teams is preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives from concept through execution are preferred.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and experience developing audience-focused event content are preferred.
  • Comfort level partnering with senior executives and confidently managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is preferred.
  • Some travel may be required for onsite event mangement/coordination/execution.
