  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

A leading music streaming company seeks a Digital Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and vendor relationships. This role is responsible for managing campaign operations, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Digital Media Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, social, display, affiliate).
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with external partners, including projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables.
  • Oversee marketing operations processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, including media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation.
  • Support pixel implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign setup tasks, including trafficking, UTM generation, creative updates, and QA of ad units.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as legal, privacy, and brand to support campaign execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing tests and new initiatives.

Digital Media Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or partner management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST hours)
