A leading medical institution is seeking a Digital Media Manager to lead social media and email communications while supporting digital brand integration during an organizational merger. This role focuses on content strategy, campaign execution, and audience engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and performance.

Digital Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, creation, publishing, and campaign execution across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (1-4 weekly), including content creation, template design, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Support brand integration efforts during an organizational merger by consolidating accounts, aligning messaging, and updating digital assets across social and email channels.
  • Create multimedia content (graphics, video, email assets) and ensure consistency across digital channels in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics across social and email channels, compile reports, and apply insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to manage content calendars, campaigns, and communication initiatives.

Digital Media Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, or communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and executing email marketing campaigns using tools such as Emma, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social publishing/analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Khoros).
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and applying insights to optimize digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and higher education, research, or technology communications is preferred.

Shift:

  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Onsite on Tuesdays)
  • Some overtime is expected.
