A leading audio technology company is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to support and execute global digital initiatives across owned channels, driving performance and engagement while aligning content, campaigns, and customer journeys in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams.
Digital Experience Lead Responsibilities:
- Partner with platform teams to support digital capabilities, and stakeholders to shape and execute global front-of-house digital strategy across websites, email, campaigns, and owned digital channels.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadences to track performance and provide actionable insights across global and regional programs.
- Contribute to content pillars, audience frameworks, and editorial guidelines while ensuring cohesive, cross-channel customer journeys.
- Own digital activation for global campaigns, translating strategy into execution and aligning messaging, timing, and audience journeys across channels.
- Drive optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, CRO, and content performance analysis, to improve engagement and identify opportunities to improve digital workflows and execution efficiency.
- Use SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) insights to inform content strategy and editorial planning, ensuring content is discoverable, relevant, and optimized for evolving search and AI-driven discovery experiences.
Digital Experience Lead Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience strategy, content operations, or performance marketing.
- Experience owning cross-functional initiatives or programs.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
- Experience working in global or multi-region marketing organizations.
- Experience supporting experimentation programs (A/B testing, CRO).
- Experience partnering with product or platform teams on digital capability development.
- Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with third-party and first-party analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital experience best practices and performance measurement frameworks.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
