A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator to support screening room operations during awards season by coordinating screenings, operating projection and audiovisual systems, and maintaining operational documentation.

Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical and operational support for screenings and events by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting cinema projection, audio/video, and playback systems to ensure successful presentations.
  • Coordinate daily screening room operations, including managing screening schedules, supporting screening requests, maintaining operational readiness, and serving as the primary point of contact during screenings and events.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, records, reports, and operational documentation while supporting administrative processes and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to coordinate screenings, resolve operational issues, and deliver a high-quality client and partner experience.
  • Support vendor coordination and additional operational activities as needed during periods of increased screening volume and business demand.

Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting cinema operations, screening rooms, audiovisual technology, projection systems, live events, or related technical operations.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting projection equipment, audio/video systems, playback technologies, or similar technical equipment.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, maintaining operational documentation, and supporting administrative processes.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver support during live events.
  • Experience working with vendors, clients, or external partners is preferred.

Shift:

  • 3 days per week, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to work up to 1 additional hour for late evening screenings.
  • Will be required for occasional support at Hollywood.
