A leading electronics testing company is looking for a Business Process Representative to provide support to the New Product Introduction and Research and Development activities, including order fulfillment, product lines, compliance, and general business activities. The company offers a family-oriented work culture.
Business Process Representative Responsibilities:
- Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general support for New Product Introduction and Research and Development activities.
- Collaborate and develop plans with the NPI team to achieve NPI/Order Fulfillment centric goals, including assessing test methodologies, CapEx requirements, and assurance of supply.
- Accountable for all business metrics (Financials, Quality, ESD, ROHS, Safety, LEAN, Audit results), and manage plans to resolve any out of compliance with root cause and corrective action.
- Manage return to factory repair work to meet customer expectations for prioritization and on time delivery.
- Engage with, prepare, and lead project, product, and team meetings.
- Assess technical capabilities and coordinate competing priorities.
- Manage and create systems to organize new and leveraged materials during New Product Introduction progress.
- Implement organizational systems to support the new product line and track New Production units.
- Assess, plan, purchase and track equipment, tools, and accessories needed for Engineering, Technician and Assembly team.
- Collaborate during New Project and Product meetings.
Business Process Representative Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners to plan, develop, refine, and launch products
- Strong work ethic – an attitude of doing whatever it takes to meet objectives, combined with a willingness to learn new things, and contribute quickly to the organization’s results.
- Versatile understanding and experience using Microsoft word (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create innovative solutions to complex problems utilizing data analytics, presentations, and communication skills.
