Brand and Program Marketing Coordinator 

A leading digital streaming network is looking for a Brand & Program Marketing Coordinator to design, create and help present marketing decks. The ideal will have experience in advertising or consumer marketing, preferably within the entertainment field. The company offers a great work environment!

Brand & Program Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Work in tandem with team members on 4-6 Original Series and Docs.
  • Daily interaction with internal campaign managers and external partners to gather information and/or inquire about tactics listed on department creative execution documents.  
  • Design, create and help present marketing decks.
  • Support and collaborate with the cross-functional marketing teams to assist in the development of series marketing plans and strategies.
  • Route and communicate feedback for all relevant digital and offline advertising tactics including but not limited to print, TV, digital, outdoor, and podcasts.
  • Help maintain assigned series budgets, gaining signatures for production authorizations, invoices, obtaining budget codes, requesting and tracking estimates, cross-checking documents, etc.
  • Meeting preparation for assigned series.
  • Monitor critic reviews.
  • Track competitive marketing efforts of cable television networks and streaming services.
  • Keep team members informed of relevant consumer marketing initiatives (competitor Key Art, first to market tactics, digital agency highlights).

Brand & Program Marketing Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related major.
  • 2-3 years relevant advertising and/or consumer marketing experience.  
  • Similar positions include Advertising Agency, Account Coordinator, or Marketing Coordinator.  
  • Advertising/marketing experience within the entertainment field highly preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience using Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word.

Job Type: 

  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment
