Job Description



Qualifications required:


  • BS/BA degree preferred (preferably in Human Resource,  Business Management).
  • Past experience in human resource Management.
  • Firm understanding of manufacturing
  • Can handle ERP in specific Microsoft Dynamics Human Resource module.

  • Employees leaves
  • Permission forms
  • After-vacation joins
  • Investigation reports
  • Resignations
  • Letters
  • Compensation & Benefits.
  • Finance, Payroll earnings and pay statements generating.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants. 
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews. 
  • preparing Offers and conducting on-boarding formalities. 
  • Welcoming new employees and arranging induction programs for them. 
  • Assisting with employee relations. 
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system 
  • Update the insurance file
  • Prepare the insurance cards
  • Contact with insurance companies
