Qualifications required:
- BS/BA degree preferred (preferably in Human Resource, Business Management).
- Past experience in human resource Management.
- Firm understanding of manufacturing
- Can handle ERP in specific Microsoft Dynamics Human Resource module.

- Employees leaves
- Permission forms
- After-vacation joins
- Investigation reports
- Resignations
- Letters
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Finance, Payroll earnings and pay statements generating.
- Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- preparing Offers and conducting on-boarding formalities.
- Welcoming new employees and arranging induction programs for them.
- Assisting with employee relations.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Update the insurance file
- Prepare the insurance cards
- Contact with insurance companies
