The Opportunity:

We are looking for an entry-level Intern to join our team for 6-month period. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the plastics industry, as well as to make valuable contacts in a real-world business setting.

Internship Job Responsibilities:

1. Process Support:

   • Provide support in day-to-day departmental tasks and assist in project execution as needed.
   • Understand and follow departmental workflows and contribute to process efficiency.

2. Learning and Development:

   • Actively engage in learning opportunities to gain industry-specific knowledge.
   • Participate in training sessions and seek feedback for professional growth.

3. Documentation:

   • Assist in the documentation of departmental procedures and process updates.
   • Help maintain records and prepare reports on departmental activities.

4. Observation and Analysis:

   • Observe departmental operations to understand the intricacies of each process.
   • Conduct basic analysis of departmental data to support decision-making processes.

5. Research:

   • Carry out industry-related research and summarize findings to keep the team informed of current trends and technologies.

6. Quality Control:

   • Support quality assurance efforts and adhere to company standards.
   • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of output to ensure quality and compliance.

7. Collaborative Projects:

   • Participate in team projects and collaborate with other interns or departments to achieve project objectives.

8. Safety and Compliance:

   • Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
   • Report any non-compliance or safety issues to the management.
