Job Overview: 

Oversee Facilities, Procurement, Security, Fire Safety, Mailroom, Onsite Event Setups and Food Services, Rent Reconciliation and budget planning for ASCAP’s Facilities Budget. 



  • Manage general facility services, such as air conditioning and heat, lighting, plumbing, electrical installations
  • Review and approve invoices for products and services used by ASCAP except for IT hardware and software
  • Manage facilities general budget and monthly rent reconciliation
  • Manage the mailroom with their responsibilities such as mail distribution and messenger services
  • Procurement of office furniture, and office, janitorial and construction supplies
  • Responsible for archiving, paper shredding and scanning of ASCAP files
  • Support all ASCAP locations facilities management as needed
  • Coordinate with departments to manage onsite event setups and food service for events and meetings
  • Oversee Housekeeper in cleaning and coffee making
  • Oversee our security staff and fire safety wardens
  • Coordinate moves of employees and or departments
  • Support our Senior Management as needed
  • Manage day to day relationship and coordination with building management


Knowledge & Experience: 


  • Minimum 7 years experience in Facilities and Procurement
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Strong customer-focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
