The successful applicant will provide scientific and technical expertise to investigate T cell and NK cell alloreactivity and develop assays to validate genetic modifications that may enhance the persistence of allogeneic CAR T cells. The ideal candidate is an individual who is excited to take on new challenges in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

  • Design and execute in vivo studies to assess mouse and human T and NK cell alloreactivity
  • Design and execute in vitro assays to assess mouse and human T and NK cell alloreactivity

  • Contribute to a collaborative group effort to advance next-generation AlloCAR T cell therapies into the clinic
  • Stay abreast of latest scientific and technology advancements in the field
  • Present at internal meetings and conferences
  • Other duties as required

  • Hands-on experience with mouse models (e.g. animal dosing, blood and tissue collection, IVIS imaging) is preferred
  • Experience with cell-based assays for alloreactivity (e.g. MLR) is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in gene editing technologies including CRISPR/Cas9 is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in retroviral/lentiviral transduction of mouse and human T cells is preferred
