Job Description:

You are the first point of contact for our customers, therefore your ability to provide information regarding our services is key. You will partner with departmental teams to schedule service and maintenance visits, assist customers with questions and process payments. There is also opportunity to build strategies for improving the overall customer experience.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Customer Service or administrative experience necessary

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient with computers and standard software packages (MS-Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility/adaptability/patience

  • Attention to detail.
