Job Description:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers in order to schedule maintenance and service appointments.

  • Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely one-call resolution .

  • Educate customers on the benefits of maintaining their heating and cooling equipment.

  • Assist with processing customer payments.

  • Respond to inquiries via email and chat.
