Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter to become our first dedicated Executive Administrator. In this position, you will provide administrative support to our executive team. You’ll be expected to take initiative and solve problems independently. You will use your strong communication skills and impeccable organization to collaborate with a variety of people across various functional departments.   
Job Responsibilities:
• Apply strategic thinking to manage executive calendars and corporate travel arrangements
• Independently facilitate meetings and set agendas
• Prepare presentations and briefings for meetings
• Screen and manage incoming communications
• At times, reply to correspondence on the executive's behalf
• Interact with executives both inside and outside of Wildfire
• Use full discretion in managing his/her own workload
What We’re Looking For:
• BA or BS degree with a strong academic background preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; enjoys challenges
• Highly organized, with good time management skills
• Proficient in Google Docs, Forms, and various other Google tools
• Developed interpersonal / communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills, timely and accurate submission of all correspondence
• Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail
