SpareFoot is looking for a Lead Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying storage facilities that could use SpareFoot Products. You will be prospecting new businesses and meeting an assigned quota of “sales ready” tele-qualified leads.

About the job:

  • Responsible for screening leads for sales
  • The role will require regular interaction with storage facility operators, and use of SalesForce


  • 70-100 outbound calls a day
  • Setting appointments to sell advertising services to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Update information about existing leads in our system
  • Effectively manage personal pipeline
  • Consistently track to and/or exceed quota


  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • At least 3 months previous sales or customer service experience
  • Telephone skills (as in, not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone)
  • Work together as a team to grow the company and each team member
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or other online marketing channels
  • Experience with SalesForce and/or Netsuite
  • Experience selling business services similar to Internet advertising, yellow pages, memberships, real-estate listings, etc.
  • Wants to develop a career in sales
