About Us:

Onshore Technical & Customer Services (OSTCS) is an exciting company who's sole focus is to bring jobs back to the United States.  Our team is revolutionizing the concept of Outsourced Technical & Customer Services.  

Superhero Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by resolving computer problems via remote desktop, email, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Configure computer equipment such as Internet connections or configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
  • Provide training and assistance to help clients learn how to use client software products and services.
  • Problem analysis and resolution for technical issues.


  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Problem Solving and troubleshooting
  • Must be positive and fun to work with

Bonus Points:

  • Call Center Experience
  • College Degree (special consideration given for degrees within technology)
  • A+ , Network+ , MCSE , or other technical certification
