In order to accommodate our growth, in addition to this territory, we're adding Sales Representatives in multiple locations throughout the United States, so feel free to share this opportunity with your network of contacts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of consultative field sales experience. However, if you have experience in cosmetics or a related service field, the drive and desire to build a book of business, and the ability to travel extensively within your territory, we encourage you to apply.
To be a strong fit for this opportunity, you will also need:
Estheticians license Or Cosmetology license and 2+ consecutive years with a proven upsell ability (metrics or goals met) in a spa, salon or equivalent environment.
2+ consecutive years of field sales/ B2B experience (Outside sales environment) and a strong passion for the beauty industry.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree and 2+ consecutive years beauty industry experience either in retail as a Counter Manager or a Spa Manager with proven goals to meet and events attended.
