What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced New Business Sales Manager to identify, secure and grow new business for Banks Sadler across the UK.
The successful candidate will have outstanding new business and B2B sales experience, ideally gained within an agency or hotel environment, with proven experience of negotiating and winning business at senior manager/director level. Ideally you will have experience in selling venue sourcing, event management and production. You will be highly capable of identifying prospects, cold calling and developing effective business networks.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful on or over target achievement and be comfortable presenting at decision maker level. Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to grow, develop and close a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the whole range of our services.
