Account Manager - Managed Services


  • Services delivery lead, quarterbacking day-to-day interaction with clients and Sales teams
  • Clear digital marketing expert, with in-depth knowledge of the industry and ability to use data, trends, and market insights, to develop strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s business goals and challenges
  • Consistently keep Sales and internal teams informed of relevant account happenings and client conversations verbally and/or in writing
  • Act as primary client contact to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
  • Work closely with Sales team to expand client’s business by identifying opportunities and renewals
  • Own and organize internal teams to deliver complex campaign engagements, including project managing and communicating updates internally and externally


  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills to understand business information used by clients in their day-to-day activities
  • Communicate all client feedback internally to align customer business priorities and improve our overall offering
  • Highly responsive and detailed with all communications, escalating appropriately
  • Strong understanding of all campaign management aspects and technologies, including ad serving, creative types & pixels
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ambitious self-starter, who leads by example
