Urban Airship is seeking an ambitious and energetic Telequalification Rep that will be responsible for following up and processing leads, driving the growth of Urban Airship's Sales Pipeline, and helping to ensure our success in the marketplace.   • Follow up on inbound inquiries generated through Urban Airship's website, marketing campaigns and programs
  • Maintain call volume of 75-150 calls per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth for Field and Inside Sales
  • Record and document all calls and communications in Urban Airship's Customer Relations Management (Salesforce.com) to identify trends for improvement and track activity
  • Update and maintain Sales database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives
  • Outbound telephone-based marketing and prospecting activities to Urban Airship's strategic account, and other select marketing campaigns and programs
  • Monitor social web for sales opportunities and leads
  • Conduct concentrated marketing campaigns and customer outreach
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Exceptional level of drive and passion for results 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Some sales and/or phone experience is desirable 
  • Some experience working in software or business-to-business environment is desired but not necessary
  • MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with use of customer relationship management databases, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Experience and passion for for the white-hot mobile industry and technology
