We are seeking a sales talent who won’t shy away from cold calling and who is eager to be trained and transformed into a business development expert. We offer a sales training program provided by experienced sales managers in our office in Amsterdam.

After the completion of your thorough training in commercial and revenue management for airlines, you’ll have the opportunity to forge lasting connections with airlines across the world. By phone, email, social media or any means necessary, you’ll evangelize Yieldr’s product offerings and help airlines uncover untapped revenue generating opportunities. As an expert of revenue analysis and demand management solutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for global airlines in helping them optimize revenue and increasing the profit of every flight. You will improve your sales abilities by actively using our sales and CRM systems, achieving sales targets and producing sales metrics reports.

Responsibilities

  • Approach new airlines.

  • Build strong relationships with your contacts.

  • Analyze data, trends and client performance.

  • Obtain appointments with marketing and revenue management departments.

  • Prepare and carry out strategic pitches and sales presentations.

  • Collaborate and consult with the airline in order to boost their direct sales

  • Nurture upper-funnel leads in the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • You have a university or college degree and minimum 2 years experience in online marketing or project management / account management in e-commerce / online media.

  • You’re a natural born networker with the ability to forge and maintain key relationships.

  • You are a team player.

  • You are aware of the trends and developments in the field of marketing technology and aviation.

  • You possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.

  • You are stress resistant and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
