Junior Publisher Business Development Manager - Central Sales

Yieldr Barcelona is looking for an ambitious Publisher Business Development Manager, who will be developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers in our central sales countries; United Kingdom, Nordics, Poland and Turkey.

Job Profile

  • Develop and pitch long-term partnership agreements with key strategic publishers
  • Deal making with premium publishers to grow revenues on major accounts
  • Daily cross-departmental analysis of key supplier performance
  • Proactively manage existing relationships with premium publishers, ad networks, sales houses and SSP's
  • Consult with new publishers on the benefits and opportunities of working with Yieldr directly and via RTB Private Marketplaces
  • Act as a consultant providing market-specific advice



  • You are native English speaker and preferable fluent in another language
  • You have online experience in the UK market
  • You hold a university or college degree (B.A. or similar)
  • You have strong negotiation skills
  • You have strong analytics capabilities
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • You have experience in creating and executing a commercially driven strategy and preferably have an extensive network within the online industry
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience and a proven track record in online marketing/web analytics/automated media buying/Real Time Bidding
