As the Director of Product Marketing, you will define how our products win in the market owning the full go-to-market (GTM) and messaging strategy to drive adoption and topline growth. This high-impact, player-coach role is built for a strategic leader who excels at translating insight into action while rolling up their sleeves to execute. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Brand, Go-to-Market Marketing, and the Executive Team to shape compelling positioning, orchestrate launches, and align product marketing with key growth levers such as feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Your leadership will ensure that our offerings resonate in the market and across the customer journey, balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and evolve product marketing strategies that articulate differentiated positioning and value for each product line and target persona.

  • Craft messaging frameworks that connect product capabilities to customer needs across all channels and stages of the journey.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead product and feature launches across all market segments, tightly coordinating with Sales, Product, and Enablement teams.

  • Drive pipeline acceleration and win-rate improvements through strategic enablement and market-specific activation.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with Product to support win/loss analysis, voice-of-customer (VOC) research, and competitive intelligence, helping synthesize insights that validate market fit, inform messaging, and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Act as a strategic partner in amplifying the customer perspective, contributing to conversations around packaging, pricing, and onboarding to ensure product decisions are grounded in real market needs.

Content & Enablement

  • Develop high-impact content across formats (eg, demos, case studies, webinars, battlecards, and whitepapers) to support awareness, adoption, and sales execution.

  • Equip go-to-market teams with actionable tools and messaging that elevate performance and clarity at every stage of the sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to influence roadmap and align go-to-market execution to business priorities.

  • Lead and scale a team aligned to product lines/features while remaining hands-on in delivering critical assets and strategies.

  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity or practical experience with AI tools and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance efficiency, accelerate content development, surface insights, and automate repeatable elements of the go-to-market motion—freeing the team to focus on high-impact strategic work.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track product marketing KPIs: marketing-sourced pipeline, win rates, feature adoption, and retention, and use insights to continuously optimize strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ years leading product marketing strategy in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

  • Demonstrated success launching products and driving measurable ARR impact.

  • Strong strategic positioning and storytelling skills, especially the ability to translate technical features into business value.

  • Adept at executive communication and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional GTM efforts while also producing hands-on deliverables.

  • Proficiency with competitive intelligence, enablement tools, customer feedback platforms, and marketing automation systems.

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or field-service-adjacent markets is highly desired, but not required.
