As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with new customers and channel partners that lead to revenue opportunities for the company and to further extend XOi’s footprint across the service industry. As an Account Executive, you will:
Have a true sales “hunter” mentality and conduct sales development best practices with email, phone and social to connect with new prospects
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Confidently talk to stakeholders on all levels and explore opportunities for engagement: execute discovery calls, sales presentations and speak at various networking and industry events
Proactively work to build a strong sales pipeline that enables excellent annual growth and fosters sustainable relationships with customers that lead to annual recurring revenues
Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospects
Partner closely with cross functional teams (eg, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and your Business Development Representatives (BDRs)) to best meet the needs of the customer and show the biggest value and impact of our software solutions
Build out reporting pipelines and accurate forecasting through Salesforce
Creatively work with your BDR team and marketing to create lead generating campaigns in your defined territory and portfolio of companies
Build out reporting pipelines, forecasting and document all prospect interactions into a web-based CRM system
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in SaaS-based software sales (Mid-Market to Enterprise) (Field Service Management Software, Construction or related software experience preferred but not required)
Quota driven sales professional with experience selling into mid-market and enterprise level clients with ease in communicating at all levels in an organization, including C-level
Proven track record of success meeting and exceeding quota or exceed quota year over year
Consultative sales professional who respects the sales process but with an appropriate level of urgency to convert those relationships into lifetime customers
Effectively negotiate pricing and contractual agreements in closing process
Exceptional written and verbal communication
