About the job:
You will own and oversee 10x Management’s growing customer acquisition efforts across all digital channels – SEM/SEO, social, email marketing, affiliate, video and content marketing, etc.
You own the budget. You own the metrics. You own the tools.
You will own our digital strategy and run experiments to identify a scalable customer acquisition model. You will oversee our inside sales efforts and will work in close concert with the founders and the sales team (called “agents”) to generate and qualify quality leads. This is a role for someone who lives for problem solving and has both a love for developing strategy coupled with deep tactical expertise in execution. You will be creating tests, analyzing metrics, and instituting automation wherever possible.
Own customer acquisition – identify, implement and manage a series of customer acquisition tools, execute tests to determine winning channels and develop a repeatable dashboard for reporting.
Monitor ongoing SEM/SEO results and manage content to ensure optimal results.
Leverage and create relevant content to build awareness of the 10x Management brand.
Develop, launch and expand social efforts across multiple platforms.
Own the 10x Management referral program; develop a related marketing plan to support the referral program, determine targets and allocate resources to achieve goals.
Partner with 10x Management agents to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
You have a minimum of 3 years in a marketing role for a small, high-growth B2B company.
You have at least one prior stop with a small company < 25 employees or a start-up.
- You’ve at least once before been responsible for digital marketing tactics (and ideally inside sales) for a B2B company.
You are fluent in multiple B2B online marketing tools (examples might include but are not limited to: Hubspot, Optimizely, Salesforce, Marketo).
You are very smart. You work relentlessly. You speak your mind and you’re a good listener.
You love social media and content; you blog, you post, you read and, you love learning.
