Production/Fulfillment Team Member

We are a fast-growing, Austin company founded by a woman on a mission to save her dog. Just seven years later, what she developed to save her dog is protecting pets, families, and properties from fleas, ticks, mosquitoes and other pests without using toxic pesticides. We're on a mission to show the world that you don't have to poison to protect. Does our mission excite you?

We are looking for awesome people who can keep the production line and fulfillment area moving at an exciting pace, fill the shelves and box up products. This is a small business (under 50 employees) with plenty of room for growth and advancement.

You will:

  • Work with a team to manufacture high-quality consumer products;

  • Fill, cap and label bottles with non-toxic liquids;

  • Operate basic equipment on the production line;

  • Pick, pack and ship boxes with customer orders;

  • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements;

  • Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail;

  • Work within established manufacturing best practices;

  • Enjoy a climate controlled warehouse with 2 docks (shipping and receiving);

  • Have the ability to lift 50+ pounds;

  • Be capable of and willing to bend, stoop, stand, and work with hands for extended periods of time;

  • Work independently and in a team setting

  • Available to work 7:30 am-4pm Monday - Friday

Bonus Points:

  • Prior work in similar setting;

  • Experience palletizing boxes of fragile products;

Compensation: $11-14/hr DOE
