Social Marketing Manager


We are on the hunt to add a Social Marketing Manager to our Seattle-based agency. This role will act as a client-facing account manager as well as content curator, helping to determine where, when and what type of content is used across social and digital media.

  • Manage client social channels (Facebook and Instagram) using software management tools such as Hootsuite and Sprinklr
  • Use knowledge of latest industry trends in social to provide strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate content production with creative teams, ambassadors and UGC for social media, email marketing, blogs and other touchpoints
  • Project manage content calendars and CRM plans
  • Seek out and develop brand ambassadors, working with them to create content and fulfill contract requirements
  • Review and report campaign analytics



  • 3+ years of experience working at an agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar
  • Experience managing complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Experience running socialdriven campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experienced in Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledgeable in the latest SEO best practices
